MAKE-UP BOOK FOR CHARITY

The Irish Academy of Beauty is writing a make-up book in conjunction with our head make-up artist.  The book will be co-authored by myself Derek O Kelly and make-up artist Rhona Cullinan.  It will be the first book of its nature published in Ireland.  The proceeds from the book will be donated to the Marie Keating Foundation.

The book will be aimed at those looking to acquire basic knowledge & skills on the proper application of make-up.  It will be full colour with photos, illustrations and text and will demonstrate approximately 8 different looks for everyday and occasional use.

It will also feature sections on skincare, skin types, shopping for cosmetics and lots of make-up tips.  It will be written and designed in a user friendly format with simple guidelines and easy to follow instructions.
